Larry Hill is the founding Partner and Managing Member of residence new homes group LLC, a Realtor licensed in the state of South Carolina, a member of both the National Association of Realtors and Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, whose affiliated brokerage is Grand Strand Homes & Land Realty. Larry has been selling real estate, with a focus on New Construction properties, in Horry County South Carolina since 2015. Larry studied Business and Creative Arts at North Greenville University prior to relocating to Dallas where he launched a series of successful entrepreneurial ventures in construction services, advertising, and retail stores throughout the years. Subsequently, Larry lived in both Los Angeles and New York City where he worked in the corporate world as a Product Development Creative Director; regularly traveling the country and globally to Asia and Europe to identify global trends, and to design and develop products for specialty stores, national chain stores, department stores, global mass market retailers, online retailers, and catalogs.
